Wachon ’s traditional Ganjang (soy sauce) is carefully brewed with high-quality Korean ingredients such as garlic, shiitake mushrooms, radishes, cabbage, apples, anchovies, kelp, and carrots. After a meticulous 8-hour simmering process in a cauldron, we've created a delicious soy sauce using a recipe derived from extensive research.
